This classic Chardonnay is made from 100% Gisborne Grapes of the renowned Mendoza clone. It has been barrel fermented in French Nevers Oak to dryness undergone malo-lactic fermentation and lees and barrels aged for 12 months. The wine shows mellowness some power and complexity with rich, ripe stone fruit flavours witha high degree of balance. Best enjoyed with food. Some good matches are: Pork, Turkey, Game and the mild cheeses.

Made from Gisborne grapes, this Gewurztraminer is made in a medium swet style. Richly perfumed and spicy, Gewurztraminer is one of the most deliciously full-flavoured of all grape varieties. With its powerful, peppery flavour and lingering aroma, Gewurztraminer is a perfect match for spicy or strong foods like cheese, smoked seafood. Ideal with Asian cuisine or pre-dessert. Temperature controlled fermentation, two months lees contact and no barrel aging, has produced a crisp dry wine with apple, hint of lemon and ripe stonefruit flavours with a refreshing finish. Matuka is a single vineyard wine made from hand-harvested ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes (60:40) grown on our sun-drenched home vineyard in West Auckland. The wine is made by the traditional methods employed in Bordeaux producing a Medoc style classic. This wine is unfiltered and aged in new French Oak barriques for 2 years, then bottle aged. A big, rich, full-bodied wine, full of flavour, powerful and intensely concentrated but showing elegance. A well-balanced red wine of character The tannins are soft, ripe and supple which means it can be enjoyed now onwards or will benefit from cellaring.
